Umbrella Insurance

Let’s protect the financial future you’ve spent a lifetime building.

Why do you need Umbrella Insurance?   Simply put it’s to fill a potential gap many have in our highly litigious.    Most homeowners and personal auto policies have a limit on maximum liability to help cover your cost for any damages a plaintiff might be requesting and your legal defense fees to defend you in a court of law.

An umbrella policy comes in after all liability limits have been exhausted from your basic policy and helps pay for cost for your legal defense and damage awarded to Plaintiff.  A Personal Umbrella policy will not extend coverage to yourself nor your business interests.  Business Liability policies are available for this risk.

Umbrella Insurance

A Personal Umbrella policy kicks in once your basic liability policy limits have been exhausted, or if the claim is excluded from your basic policy. Once the limits of your Personal Umbrella Policy are exhausted, you’re responsible to pay the remainder of the claim out of pocket. Even you’re found not responsible, your Personal Umbrella policy will still pay your legal expenses. The following items are covered by your Personal Umbrella policy?
